So, what is onboarding? The process can be broken down into 4 simple stages. 

  1. Creation of the environment. 
  2. Data set up and configuration aligned to the companies work flow. 
  3. Importing historic data records. 
  4. Training and hand over.

Stage 1 – Creation of the environment. 

This is all on us. We typically create your SaaS environment in less than an hour. You will receive your unique login details and can jump in and access the environment straight away.  

Stage 2 – Setup and configuration.  

Simply Send us your pricelist/crew details/aircraft maintenance history and any other documents that you’d like us to setup, and we will begin setting up and configuring your system. We may have questions along the way, but rest assured we will only contact you when there is a decision to be made. Typically, we incorporate setting the system up alongside training (if you feel you need it), so you know where to look in the future and how to work your way around your environment. Depending on the complexity of your operation, you can usually take a look at the system being tailored to how you work from day one. 

Stage 3 – Importing historic data. 

Send us your data and we’ll do the rest for you. You can provide us with your data in any electronic format. We typically import from Excel files, but we can work with any other form of electronic data. We aim to have all the data in place in the first week of onboarding. 

Stage 4 – Training and handover. 

We have dedicated trainers who understand how aviation operates in our various sectors, and we can show you how to use our software to the level you, and your staff require. Once the training and handover is complete, its time to thrive and crack on with running your business using myairops leading industry applications.
