Solutions Consultant – US
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the myairops onboarding process. They work closely with Sales, engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the customer’s journey runs smoothly from initial interest throughout implementation, then arriving at successful live operation.
Product demonstrations are a key part of the role, supporting our Sales team, whilst enabling customers to understand the scope of the product and the potential for tailored solutions.

The role is suited to a natural problem solver and somebody who feels very passionate about delivering outstanding service to our customers.
An individual who understands Aviation, and is able to relate to our products and our clients’ needs.
A consultative mindset, able to demonstrate strength in active listening and relationship building to truly understand our clients’ requirements.
More about the role:
Our consultants take the lead role in the customer onboarding process; acting as the trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert through the onboarding engagement, and into hyper-care.
They deliver a crucial capability, supporting our Sales team with engaging and highly relevant product demos, along with being the key contact for our clients throughout the onboarding process.
Alongside Sales, our consultants also work very closely with Product owners, along with interactions with multiple other teams to deliver best-in-class onboarding.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:
Essential:
- Experience of Aviation Operations, specifically Flight Scheduling or Ground Operations, including Crew Scheduling/Rostering, Charter Sales, and Staff Training.
- Ability to understand software product functionality, how to translate the application UI to the back end.
- Effective communicator, able to adapt to working with different stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Experience of delivering product demonstrations to customers, conveying knowledge and functionality in a clear and credible way.
- Ability to apply principles of system configuration, using knowledge of Aviation, product knowledge and customer requirements.
- Significant level of customer management experience, with the ability to take complex requirements and present back opportunities within the scope of the product.
- Ability to work with integration or implementations of Cloud-based systems.
Advantageous:
- Experience working with a complex software platform, with requirements to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Experience using Jira/VSTS/Azure DevOps or similar.
- Understanding of Project Management fundamentals.

The role offers a choice between 100% office-based working or hybrid working from our Denver location.
