Data filters can be set up within the system which can then be saved along with the report instance configuration. This enables scheduled reports to execute and reuse the filters dynamically on each occasion the report is run.
The grids within the system can be customized in terms of the columns that are showing within the view. Using the “column chooser” each user can change the column layout and which columns appear on each grid and these settings are persisted over sessions. This is extremely useful when combined with the data export functionality which allows any grid to be exported directly to an XLSX format directly from the system.
