Minimum rest

The engine configures all aspects related to minimum rest, including at home base or away, and rest increments based on non-acclimatized time differences.

When crewing, the appropriate FTL is selected and enforced to ensure that operators remain compliant and receive violation warnings when a crew member has either already violated or would violate a minimum rest rule based on their planned utilization.

For example, duty time length adjustment from the crew app causes the system to revalidate the violations for the next movement scheduled or the calculations relating to minimum rest requirements.

Multi-regulation support

Multi-regulatory support is provided through myairops flight and is designed for users who are selling or scheduling flights to highlight any operational concerns. These checks are in addition to the routine duty regulation and crew FTL checks. In order to guarantee that regulations are followed, the system keeps track of the state at the time of booking and offers a live status which is continuously evaluated.

Configurable FTL engine

Utilize pre-configured settings in the FTL and Flight Rules section or create your own rules within the system. Configure crew based on age, pairings, or country-specific restrictions, such as pilots not allowed to operate to Canada.

Manage rules for split duties and defines the duration considered as rest and set rules for the number of days off to be enforced within a specified period and maximum duty times before days off must be applied.

Manage maximum duty and flying times as well as rules for PIC and SIC currency, including the required number of take-offs and landings within the last 90 days. Ensure crew have the required experience by setting minimum levels for total pilot experience and hours on type enforced by the system.
