Can you tell us about your role as a Support Engineer at myairops? What does a typical day look like for you

Handling tickets (High to Low level), raising bugs/user story/Feature request, Creating and amending reports using report builder, checking out emails, interacting with clients, attending and scheduling client and internal meetings and support urgent business inquiries outside of regular business hours, and performing other duties.

As a support engineer, I am responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, regular interactions with team members to solve any complex issues.

What do you find most rewarding about working in the technology industry, particularly in aviation?

It offers a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that keeps us engaged and challenged.
I would say every day is an opportunity to learn in aviation by solving customer queries that constantly pushes boundaries, sparks innovation, and connects people from all around the world.

Can you share a particularly proud moment or achievement from your time working at myairops?

One of our customers recently expressed gratitude to me, and I always feel so delighted when I hear from customers personally. It keeps us inspired and helps us get better every day.

What advice would you give to other women who are interested in pursuing a career in ICT or the technology industry?

In the world of technology, always be focused, follow your passion and stay up to current on developments.
