Over the past 9 months, they’ve immersed themselves in our dynamic world of aviation, bringing fresh perspectives and boundless energy to our projects.

The Task
Project ‘Edgar’ was an initiative aimed at automating the handling of customer requests within our myairops fbo product. In the swiftly evolving landscape of the aviation industry, particularly in business aviation, swift and precise responses to customer demands were essential. The automation of email request processing directly into our myairops software significantly enhances our customer’s operational efficiency, ensuring ready-to-use data for prompt customer service.
